The current global pandemic has turned every country upside down. Well, perhaps not every country (*coughing at the few selected countries who are now #covid19 free).
but, I’m not here about that now.
I’m here about this.
Granted that #Hackers have run on a roll since the whole wide spread pandemic began, and that it has caused a whole lot of security breach and problems for the general public.
However complicated things may seem to be, I still want to stress that there is no convenient way towards security if the user does not feel protected nor in a convenient way. This should be a relationship based latter for both user and the product itself.
I’m not a business tycoon, information technology gadget but as a “user” or “consumer” of these said products that has become a part of our daily lives. I find this immensely stressful.
an absolute atrocity. being unable to log in and communicate to friends and family in terms of emergency is just absolutely inexcusable.
I mean– this was not even well thought about.
does google and facebook truly have forgotten that not everyone has entirely converted into mindless tech zombies?
some use android or apple phones out of necessity and not because we are truly fond of them.
today, I found myself locked out of our humble home.
I went into #facebook and could not log in because it did not recognize the computer IP address I was in.
the computer shop that I was in. Now, I’m unable to access my room or communicate with my room mate. Which sucks by the way.
because google is also requiring me the same thing.
access my phone to secure that it is me accessing my own account.
I don’t know how many millions to billions of people are using and not using facebook or google. but, I just want to share.
THIS WAS THE REASON WHY I STOPPED USING YAHOO.
the excessive security and difficulty to log into your account killed the whole “you are safe here” I mean come on.
Especially you #Facebook. If you can allow #Chinese games to get into your system, hack and take our data information into their websites. What the hell are you even trying to secure the website for?
I say find a way.
I’m one of your long time “users” and I’m just rooting for someone new to pop into the block and nail you away.
